Our data

What the "Sales" data type includes

  • date of the sale
  • value of the sale
  • documents related to the transaction
  • participants in the sale (former and current owners, agents, and others)
  • and more…

Historical data

Donuka collects, stores, and displays not only current but also historical data collected over the past 10 years or more.

As a result, our users are able to track the history of the sale of real estate properties, as well as related events and participants involved.

Data sources

Donuka strives to provide credible information obtained from reliable sources. That’s why we only collect and process data from the following sources:

  • city administrations
  • district administrations
  • state administrations
  • federal agencies
  • and others like them…

In all, we collect data on real estate sales from over 4,000 different government sources.

We do not use sites that advertise real estate sales as data sources as we cannot be sure of the accuracy of the information they provide.

Data update frequency

Real estate registries are maintained separately by city, county, state, and federal agencies. These add up to thousands of different registries and, respectively, thousands of different data sources, all operating independently of each other.

Each city, county, or state administration decides for itself how often to update and publish information. Some make changes and publish updated data several times a day, some daily, some weekly, and some just once a year.

Within 1-2 days of the publication of data in a city, county, or state administration’s database, Donuka updates the data in its own database, and it then becomes available to our users.

Searching for real estate by sales data

Donuka allows you to perform a detailed search for real estate using 5+ parameters related to sales data.

In just a minute, you can sift through 100+ million real estate properties to find only the ones that are right for you.

Here’s an example of a search query using sales parameters:

  • date of sale: <60 days
  • value: >900,000 USD

In your search results, you will instantly receive a list of properties that match all of the above search parameters. You can also use search options for other types of data to get the most accurate results.

Tracking changes in sales data

Donuka allows you to create tasks that track changes in existing properties and alert you to new properties that meet the values you specify.

Here’s an example of tracking sales data for an existing property:

  • new sale: yes

You’ll receive an instant notification by email and on your dashboard if a property you’re tracking has data about a new sale.

Here’s an example of tracking sales data for new properties (or existing properties with characteristics that correspond to your specified values):

  • date of sale: <15 days
  • value: > 500000 USD
  • deed type: general warranty deed

You’ll receive an instant notification by email and on your dashboard with a list of properties with sales data matching your specified values.
