Members

What the "Members" data type includes

• the name of the person, company, or government agency
• address (postal, legal, and others)
• role (relation to the property)
• percentage of ownership of the property
• contact details
• and more…

Members are individuals and legal entities that have at least some relation to the specified property.

These can be current or previous owners, tenants, or landlords, contractors, suppliers of building materials, realtors, agents, or others.

Historical data

Donuka collects, stores, and displays not only current but also historical data collected over the past 10 years or more.

As a result, our users are able to track the history of changes in a property’s owners or other individuals and legal entities related to it.

Data sources

Donuka strives to provide credible information obtained from reliable sources. That’s why we only collect and process data from the following sources:

• city administrations
• district administrations
• state administrations
• federal agencies
• and others like them…

In all, we collect data on real estate members from over 4,000 different government sources.

Data update frequency

Property registries are maintained separately by city, county, state, and federal agencies. These add up to thousands of different registries and, respectively, thousands of different data sources, all operating independently of each other.

Each city, county, or state administration decides for itself how often to update and publish information. Some make changes and publish updated data several times a day, some daily, some weekly, and some just once a year.

Within 1-2 days of the publication of data in a city, county, or state administration’s database, Donuka updates the data in its own database, and it then becomes available to our users.

Searching for real estate by members

Donuka allows you to perform a detailed search for the real estate property using 20+ parameters related to representatives.

In only a minute, you can sift through 100 million+ properties to find only the ones that are right for you.

Here’s an example of a search query using member parameters:

• role: owner
• type: company
• address: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia
• ownership percentage: >50%
• reachable by email: yes

In your search results, you will instantly receive a list of properties that match all of the above search parameters. You can also use search options for other types of data to get the most accurate results.

Tracking changes in members

Donuka allows you to create tasks that track changes in existing properties and alert you to new properties that meet the values you specify.

Here’s an example of tracking an existing property by members:

• new member: yes
• role of the member: owner, contractor

You’ll receive an instant notification by email and on your dashboard if a property you’re tracking has a new owner and/or contractor.

Here’s an example of tracking new properties by members (or existing properties with characteristics that correspond to your specified values):

You’ll receive an instant notification by email and on your dashboard listing properties that have a new Miami-based company owner.
