Historical data

Donuka collects, stores, and displays not only current but also historical data collected over the past 10 years or more.

As a result, our users are able to track the history of any (even the most insignificant) changes and updates. We store all information on real estate inspections and related data that we receive.

Data sources

Donuka strives to provide credible information obtained from reliable sources. That’s why we only collect and process data from the following sources:

• city administrations
• district administrations
• state administrations
• federal agencies
• and others like them…

In all, we collect data on real estate property inspections from over 4,000 different government sources.

Data refresh rate

Property inspection registries are maintained separately by city, county, state, and federal agencies. These add up to thousands of different registries and, respectively, thousands of different data sources, all operating independently of each other.

Each city, county, or state administration decides for itself how often to update and publish information. Some make changes and publish updated data several times a day, some daily, some weekly, and some just once a year.

Within 1-2 days of the publication of data in a city, county, or state administration’s database, Donuka updates the data in its own database, and it then becomes available to our users.

Searching for real estate by inspections

Donuka allows you to perform a detailed search for real estate using 10+ parameters related to inspections.

In just a minute, you can sift through 100 million+ properties to find only the ones that are right for you.

Here’s an example of a search query using inspection parameters:

• property under inspection: restaurant
• number of violations: >2
• fine amount: >1,000 USD
• deadline to resolve the violation: >10 days
• address of the inspection: Los Angeles

In your search results, you will instantly receive a list of properties that match all of the above search parameters. You can also use search options for other types of data to get the most accurate results.

Tracking changes in inspections

Donuka allows you to create tasks that track changes in existing properties and alert you to new properties that meet the values you specify.

Here’s an example of tracking changes in inspections for an existing property:
